NLS was established as the 17th group company of "Tokyo Boeki Ltd". in November 2002. NLS mainly serves to manufacture all types of fluid loading systems, including oil and gas, and to provide maintenance and related services world wide.
 
NLS starts its new operation after being transferred to the business of Chiksan Well Centre division from Niigata Engineering Co., Ltd. on February 26, 2003. NLS’s operation related to Chiksan Well Centre division highlights its long history backing 1955, when the agreement for technical cooperation with FMC in the U.S. was made. This experience has built NLS as a leader in the loading arm market for over 50years. Tokyo Boeki Pty. Ltd. has achieved successful business and built a firm reputation in the loading arm market.

Niigata swivel joints are available in eight basic styles or configurations. These types permit 360-degree rotation and movement in one, two, or three planes. They can be combined in an unlimited variety of ways to suit practically any installation.
